Objetivos: Ensure the efficient operation of the Central Reservations Department and accept and place corporate account rental reservations for the Client Network

Requisitos de la función

  • Proven experience with in a customer service role
  • Good levels of communication skills
  • Highly accurate verbal and written communication is key
  • Proactive and highly organized
  • Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to deadlines
  • Comfortable communicating and influencing at all levels of the business
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of working with high call volumes desirable but not essential
  • Ability to use IT systems
  • Ideally 1 years’ demonstrable experience in customer service environment

Descripción de la función

  • Deal with enquiries and reservations from dealers and customer as required
  • Check all rental agreements received are completed in accordance with company guidelines
  • Respond to telephone reservations to operational standards
  • Place bookings to customer specification
  • Confirm the booking to the customer immediately, by telephone and email
  • Amend bookings immediately upon receipt of notification using company procedures
  • Maintain reservation logs to operational standards
  • Inform the customer of potential problems arising; ensure the booking will be fulfilled to their satisfaction
  • Resolve general enquiries from retailers and customers to operational standards
  • Ensure high levels of customer service is achieved and clients need are fully meet
